David C. Hart, CAI, AARE has devoted over 35 years to the real estate and auction profession. As President and CEO of Rowell Auctions, Inc., David directs a highly qualified and seasoned team of professionals in assisting clients with the development and execution of powerful marketing programs to meet their unique objectives.
 
Mr. Hart is a graduate of The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He holds real estate broker’s and auctioneer’s license in several southeastern states. Holding the title of Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, he is also a graduate of the Certified Auctioneer Institute. He currently serves as Treasurer of the National Auction Foundation and was inducted into the Georgia Auctioneers Association’s Hall of Fame in 2015.
 
David is a lifelong resident of South Georgia where his development and love for the land was fostered through close association with the agricultural community.
