Atlanta is also home to LegoLand Discovery Center, a great place to relax and enjoy the lego themed attractions, rides, games, and much more. It is a great place to take the whole family to have a lego themed blast. Another theme park, while not in Atlanta it is just a short drive away, and that is the Six Flags over Georgia. This park is a little more wild and will have your heart pounding as you go on their incredible rides designed to maximize the thrill of a roller coaster. Lastly is the world class Atlanta aquarium. This habitat for aquatic animals is one of the world's largest, housing over 100,000 creatures. This aquarium will give a glimpse of the underwater world as you view all kinds of exotic fish in their many exhibits.

Atlanta's real estate market has been trending upwards over the past several years, as the median housing price has increased around 35k over the past 3 years.
