Next, is the Greater Des Moines botanical gardens, and their vast collection of botanical masterpieces. Many go to simply lose themselves within the beauty of the gardens, but you can also take gardening classes and rent out their designated venue spaces. Lastly, The Robert D. Ray Asian Gardens is another agricultural masterpiece found within the city Des Moines. This space is actually only several blocks away from the botanical gardens, but displays gardening under a new lens. This unique collection of greenery helps to highlight the ethnic diversity that makes up the City.

What does this mean for the status of the market? This means that the Des Moines real estate market is definitely in the favor of the seller, but with more homes coming on to the market (overall in 2023), the market should slowly begin to correct over the course of the future.
