After raising and home educating five children, I re-entered the workforce. I began working successfully as an office administrator before eventually setting out to be a real estate professional. After studying for a few months, I was able to pass the real estate agent’s exam on my first attempt. Later, I noticed a trend in first time home buying that left several families out of the American Dream of Home Ownership. This is when I decided to study for the Occupational License exam which now authorized me to sell retail Manufactured Homes in California. My professional aspiration is to be the kind of real estate/home building agent that I would want to represent myself or a family member if we were buying or selling a home. While the process of buying and selling real estate involves timelines and specific deliverables, I strive to reduce the pressure on my clients while ensuring that the process is continually moving forward. I achieve this through hands-on monitoring of the process details and open, frequent communication with my clients. I love helping people buy and sell homes and I measures my success as an agent not in the amount of dollars transacted over the years, but in the number of former clients who recall working with me as a positive experience and who readily recommend others seeking an agent who conducts herself with honesty, integrity, and discretion. I am a REALTOR® with HomeSmart Evergreen Realty DRE#02085116 I am an HCD Licensed Sales Person with Custom Living Manufactured Homes License # SP1586674
