Kyle DeNardo joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in May 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience in site acquisitions and land real estate transactions. Before coming to National Land Realty, Kyle worked as a land use planner from 2016 to 2018 and has currently been a site acquisition specialist since 2018. With a bachelors degree in Geography, Kyle has worked alongside a variety of agencies including the Bureau of Land Management, Colorado Parks & Wildlife, the U.S. Forest Service, and more on over 100 different land purchases, easements, and commercial leases. He is an active member of the Colorado Wireless Association, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, and Tunnels to Towers. Kyle has been an avid outdoorsman from a young age, hunting big game with his father across the Western United States. He and his family continue this tradition, hunting elk and camping as much as possible in their free time. Kyle and his wife, Lisa, are based out of Elizabeth, CO, where they live with their daughter, Francesca, and their two dogs, Bonnie and Clyde.
