Hello, my name is Cathy Nutgrass.  I am originally from Mt. Washington Kentucky.   My husband and I have always dreamed of retiring in Clearwater Florida.  We took that GIANT step and never looked back almost 2 years ago.  We have had no regrets. We bought in a 55 and older park and it was the best decision ever.  I became the Social Director for our park and my husband is the HOA President.  I get a lot of enjoyment working hard for my community to ensure they are living out their dreams as I am.
