Hello! My name is Kelly, I came to Florida as a snowbird and quickly found manufactured homes to be an affordable option. So I scoped out the perfect park for me, made an offer, moved in, and fell in love!  Three years in, I coined the term "summer butterfly" as I reside in Florida far more than in Ohio!  I love the lifestyle it has afforded me!

     Throughout my lifetime experiences, beginning with employment at a family-owned business, my primary responsibilities have included working with and servicing the public and always with a smile! I am proud to carry on the strong work ethic and dependability of both my family and this company!
