Luke Biscan joined National Land Realty in 2018. Luke is a certified consulting forester with the Association of Consulting Foresters (ACF). Working hand in hand with private landowners, he provides critical information and services regarding the volume, value, management, and sale of timber resources.
Before graduating from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry, Luke worked with several land management organizations. He graduated at the top of his class, was highly involved with the Forestry Department, and took on several leadership roles during his time there. Upon graduation, Luke backpacked half of the Appalachian Trail before starting his career as a Forestry Consultant. After several years of working under a highly respected consultant and gaining the needed experience, he started his own firm.
Luke thoroughly enjoys helping landowners meet their outdoor objectives. His expertise in forestry and farming allow him to see the full potential of a property, while his love and passion for the outdoors lend perspective to the true beauty of a property. His professional experience in the industry and open communication connect with buyers and sellers of all types. Meeting a client’s objective is his main priority.
Luke and his wife, Sarah, have two sons, Bennett and Jasper, and a daughter, Addicus. They have two mixed-breed dogs: Maggie and Bakeeta. Luke’s hobbies and passions include family, backpacking, camping, motorcycles, off-roading, hunting, and farming.
