Randy Woodworth joined the National Land Realty team in February 2022 and brings with him an abundance of experience in commercial real estate. Clients always come first at National Land Realty where he is the principal broker of the Owosso, MI office. Randy, formerly with CBRE, is an experienced executive, entrepreneur, and real estate professional. Randy also has experience running his own business as the founder and president of Woodworth Commercial. He was born and raised in the Shiawassee County area and is also actively involved in his local community as an owner and developer.

In 2013 and ’14, Randy Woodworth had been instrumental in the startup and expansion of over 60 businesses, encompassing over one million square feet of commercial property. Some of the most recognizable Shiawassee County projects Randy Woodworth has been a part of include: East Town Plaza, Northside Plaza, and The Mueller. 

In his free time, Randy is an avid hunter and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
