Jake was raised on a small deer farm in Henry, IL along the Illinois River, between Peoria and Princeton. While attending Western Illinois University he received his Illinois brokers license and started learning the business immediately after graduating with his Bachelors of Science Degree. He actively serves sellers and buyers in the central Illinois region and helps them reach their real estate goals. Jake has proven one of his strongest attributes is his local knowledge of the real estate market.

In addition to Jake’s real estate career, he is a co-owner of Exodus Trail Cameras and handles the marketing for the company. Exodus is a direct-to-consumer trail camera manufacturer focusing on building industry-leading reliable products, backed by world-class customer service, and warranty. Aside from building top-of-class cameras, Exodus has recorded and produced podcasts and shows featuring some of the most interesting and experienced deer hunters across the nation. One of the most popular projects is a series called Whitetail Cribs. A show that gives you a peek into the lives of some of the most diverse whitetail hunters the world has to offer. The hit YouTube series has garnered millions of cumulative views.
