Dr. Jeffery Curtis Foli has:

1. Ph.D. in Religious Philosophy, with an emphasis in Christian Administration/Education
2. Doctorate/Th.D. in Theology
3. Masters of Business Administration 
4. Bachelors of Science in Psychology, with an emphasis in Political Science

He did his (PHD) 220 page doctoral dissertation on “A Counter-view of Zion”.   

He owns Center Place Land Development, & Double-Slit Augmentation Enterprises studying frequency & vibration.  He co-owns the house of Levi/Judah in Independence, (Jackson County) Missouri, which is dedicated to the gathering of Israel, the Restoration of the Lost Tribes & the restoration of all things.  

He is an Eagle Scout, a real estate broker for A1 Zion Realty, LLC., and a Board Certified Chaplain.  He is a former two-term CEO/Libertarian Mayor (1999-2003) of Chillicothe, Missouri.  

He is a bi-lingual, spanish speaker.

He fell in love with Teresa Thomas and married (later to become Mrs. Missouri 2002) her in Logan Utah in 1990.  They have 3 children: Marissa Nicole (married to Travis Scoggin), Joseph Skylor, and Brianna Danielle.  Mairissa currently has thier only grandchild - Storie Jewel.  Teresa has a dance studio and  also owns the “Princess of America” national pageant system.
