Joshua Monaghan joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in November 2023, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in agriculture sales and management! Before coming to National Land Realty, Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Holmes Community College and Mississippi State University in 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Joshua worked in agriculture sales and management with JR Simplot, formerly Jimmy Sanders Inc. Since 2015, Joshua has been an Ag sales representative with Timac Agro USA. In his free time, Joshua can be found turkey hunting or fishing for crappies when he’s not coaching his daughter’s traveling softball team. He and his wife, Tara, are based out of Vardaman, MS, where they live with their three daughters, Swayzee, Bailey, and McCall.
