Rusty was born and raised in the Natchez, Mississippi, area and currently resides in the Church Hill community of southwest Jefferson County. He has owned and operated his own company for over 30 years while still being active in land management on his family’s land as well as for others. Rusty has been involved in the real estate business for more than seventeen years as a Land Professional where he concentrates on recreational hunting properties and investment-grade real estate.  He has been hunting and fishing for his entire life, and knows southwest Mississippi as well as anyone in real estate. 

Rusty has been married to his wife Terry for 40 years, and they have two children and eight grandchildren. His hobbies include hunting, golfing, and doing what his eight grandchildren want him to do!
