Jordan Franco Garcia, a seasoned professional in construction and land development, joined the National Land Realty team of Land Professionals in August 2024. As a North Carolina real estate agent, he specializes in helping his clients find the perfect land for sale in Wake County and other surrounding areas. Jordan’s local work experiences allow him to help clients effectively navigate the land real estate market and find the perfect property.

Prior to joining National Land Realty, Jordan worked as a Field Engineer for Flatiron Construction as well as a Project Manager for Cardinal Civil Contracting. He is currently a Project Specialist with True Homes. His work experiences include hands-on project management as well as certifications in Erosion and Sediment Control.

Jordan’s commitment to his community is demonstrated through his active involvement in the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity in his free time. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading and working out. He and his fiancée, Elizabeth, are based out of Wake County where they live with their dog, Andrew.
