Pat (he/him) is a retired U.S. Air Force officer, active Rotarian, and manages Western NC land brokerage for National Land Realty. Clients engage him to help them navigate difficult land transactions, which he does through a consultative team approach. This includes research, analysis, and collaboration with trusted vendors and experts, all executed with skillful project management to keep transactions on schedule.
He focuses on properties for legacy, conservation, 1031 exchange, homestead, recreation, and forestry/agricultural uses where the land may be vacant, have homes, or come with active income streams from business operations. His favorite property to assist the seller on was this legacy conservation retreat that passed from one set of responsible landowners to a new owner with a conservation focus.
Pat is ranked in the top 25 out of 9,890 regional REALTORs who have sold land across NC from 2021-2013.
