Much of Mr. Harrington’s career has been devoted to various areas of technical training and human performance improvement. He worked for over 20 within the nuclear power industry and holds a Senior Reactor Operator Certification from Duke Energy Corporation. He has been involved in managing or providing consulting services for industrial, government, commercial, educational and international organizations both within and outside of the energy industry. 
 
In 2002, Mr. Harrington decided to “get off the road” and established Calypso Properties, LLC and began working full-time in the real estate brokerage and investment properties business. In 2003 he formed the Calypso Consulting Group, LLC. Since that time, he has been involved in dozens of investment and residential property transactions and worked with a large variety of companies and individuals on various business management, information technology and financial services activities.
 
Dudley worked in the Lake Norman / Charlotte area as the founder and Broker-in-Charge of Calypso Properties, LLC, licensed in NC and as the Managing Principal of the Calypso Consulting Group, LLC, a business management, financial and investments consulting group. In 2013 he relocated to Lexington, NC and subsequently married a long-time resident of the area.
 
He holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. After his formal education, Mr. Harrington served for six (6) years in the U. S. Navy completing a rigorous two (2) year nuclear power program and serving for three years on a Fleet Ballistic Missile submarine.
