Hi I’m Joe Aschoff, the owner and broker of Ag Land Realty, LLC as well as Aschoff Auction Company, LLC.

I was born and raised on a farm just west of Osmond, Ne. My wife Angie and I have three daughters Madison, Allison and Erin. We currently live in Osmond where my wife teaches 6th grade and our daughters attend school.

I have been an auctioneer since high school and worked many auctions over the years.

I attended World Wide College of Auctioneering in 2009.
In 2017 I earned my Real Estate license and started Aschoff Auction Company, LLC as well as selling Real Estate.

In 2019 I earned my Real Estate Brokers license and started Ag Land Realty.
