With over 20 years of real estate experience, Dawn Pfaff is the real estate broker of Simon Gray Realty.  As an appraiser, real estate broker, investor, instructor of license law and the president of NY State MLS and My State MLS Dawn believes that helping people find the right property for their needs. In addition working with buyers and sellers from every angle of real estate, Dawn also consults to the industry on methods of investing in real estate and how to get the best return while holding wealth in property.  Dawn is Licensed as a real estate broker in both New York and Florida.  Dawn is also a certified appraiser and understand how to value all property types and has a specific grasp on both local markets and the overall real estate market, including the financing aspects of real estate.
