Yong Lin, born in Fuzhou, China, has lived in Brooklyn for more than 15 years. Before going into real estate, he worked at his father’s restaurant where he learned that in order to have a successful business, quality & service are key. Quality lets the customer know you care about your product and great service keeps the customer coming back. This relates to what Yong feels about his real estate business. He knows that when he provides his customers & clients with exceptional service, and value through knowledge, communication, and negotiation, they will share the good work he does and refer him to others looking to buy and sell.
When he read the book “Poor Dad and Rich Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki, he knew real estate was for him. According to the book, a house is one of the biggest investments people will make in their lives, and it brings the sweetest memories for them and their family. This is a substantial achievement financially, and Yong wants to be the agent that guides you in the course of this big step in your life.
During his free time, Yong likes to read; autobiographies and detective books are his favorite. He also is a big believer in healthy living and works out a few times a week and eats plenty of green and healthy foods.
