Donielle comes from a long family history spanning four generations, and over 100 years in both commercial and residential real estate investment, development/redevelopment, and management. "In my family, the fundamentals of real estate investment are taught, even before, learning to walk or talk" says Donielle Her family has been spending their summers on the East End of Long Island since the 1940's. In 1978, they decided to transform their much loved Nassau Point summer home, into their primary residence.

Although Donielle has had the pleasure of enjoying family residences in Hilton Head SC, Palm Beach Fl, and Manhattan, she explains that her "HOME" has always been the North Fork. Donielle appreciates the importance of waking up to see the water from your bedroom window, beaches, boating, vineyards by the dozen, horse farms, open space, golf courses, wonderful restaurants, fresh seafood from our local waters, produce from a variety of farm stands and all of this, with such close proximity to the City. "The North Fork is such a special place. I can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else", says Cardinale. She has also grown up with a passion for horses and has competed extensively, on a national level. This understanding of the needs of "horse people" also allows her a valuable perspective in the sale and purchase of equestrian properties.

Along with her career and being the mother of two young children, Donielle continues to be a very active member of the community and its various organizations.
