Ray loves Manhattan Real Estate; he always tells people that he can’t imagine doing this anywhere else. Two years after his birth in the South Pacific his entire family relocated to Southern California, after he completed his education his passion for New York City began with frequent bi-coastal visits to the Big Apple. Ray’s prior professional careers include retail sales in Manhattan, banking in Beverly Hills and travel and tourism in Las Vegas.
What clients like most about Ray is his knack to develop a great relationship that last beyond the deal. He strongly believes that purchasing or selling a home is a very personal experience that requires a client-broker association to not only be a professional one that includes knowledge, experience and negotiation skills, but a personal one with an emphasis on the ability to listen to the concerns of his clients. As a Seller, with Ray as your Broker, he will aim to reach the right target audience through a well thought out advertising and marketing plan. No other real estate Broker will come close to the attention Ray will give you. For a lot of Manhattan real estate brokers it’s all a numbers game, but for Ray it’s about the clients satisfaction and joy at the end of the deal that matters. Plus he can orchestrate a team of experts in the fields of Mortgage Lending and Real Estate Law to help bring your real estate dreams to a reality. Ray also completed a NYU marketing course that has advanced his knowledge in creatively promoting your home which is taught by one of Manhattans most successful and leading authority in real estate sales. Most recently Ray’s Condo and Co-op sales have been in the neighborhoods of Midtown East & Murray Hill.
Ray is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and currently resides on the Upper East Side. His interests outside of Real Estate include; health & fitness, watching his favorite chefs on the Food Network and of course anything to do with Manhattan.
