Prior to joining Keller Williams, Adelya was recognized as Rookie of the Year and 2014 Silver Award Winner for Upper West Side and Harlem Rentals at one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in Manhattan. She continues to do business in the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood as well as Queens.

Originally from Russia, Adelya is fluent in Russian and holds a master's degree in political science with a concentration in communication and management. She fell in love with New York City in 2006 while visiting as a student. Adelya has traveled extensively through Europe, Middle East, South Asia, and Central Asia. Her international perspective has given her an extra edge in the marketplace especially with foreign investors and clients looking to move to the United States.

Some of Adelya's interests include yoga, pilates, ballroom dance, and Argentine tango.
