For buyers, their goal is to find them just the right home, at the best price, in the right time, with the least amount of problems.

Andy has a strong track record of success in representing legal clients? interests, and his skills translate for his real estate clients as he brings that same focus and attention to every client and real estate transaction. He works with his clients to generate plans based on his clients? desired goals. To that end, Andy sees himself more as an advisor or facilitator, by analyzing what his clients are committed to and giving them advice to help them achieve their goals, working smartly on their behalf to get the results they desire.

From his legal training, Andy approaches situations in a disciplined and calm manner to minimize miscommunication, panic or confusion in order to help his clients keep their eye on the ball. Andy considers Rochester, New York as his hometown, but has been living in New York City for over the last 25 years. He enjoys practicing martial arts and an occasional chess game. He and his wife enjoy their life with their twin boys.
