About Brandee Song
Brandee Song was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. She was a national swimmer from a very early age, up through middle school. She studied at Kyung Won University in Seoul, where she received a degree in fashion design. After spending a couple years in Honolulu HI, she joined Northwest Airlines as a flight attendant and was transferred to their hub in Detroit, Michigan. Her time spent with the airline allowed her to travel the world, see many far-away countries, learn about other cultures, and interact with many people from all parts of the world. In 2003 she chose to take her love of real estate, strong interest in sales and passion for customer service, and make it her career. She acquired her real estate agent's license and went to work at Reinhart Company, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she quickly became a rising star. In 2004, after seeing the great opportunity before her of working for one of the nations leading real estate companies, she joined the Keller Williams family. Shortly after joining, she received the Top Selling Agent award from Toll Brothers, along with the Silver Award from Keller Williams in 2005. It was in early 2006, shortly after her father's passing, that she made the decision to take on the Big Apple. Everything about New York City, especially the real estate, fascinated her, and she knew right away that she had to be part of the fun and excitement. She moved to the city, acquired her New York license, and began what she considers the most rewarding job anyone could ever have: helping people find homes in the best city in the world. She started off at Citi Habitats, where she learned the ins and outs of the city's market, with all of it's nuanced and challenging aspects. Being there especially allowed her to learn all the aspects of the rental market. She was then able to take that knowledge and use it to help investors who were looking to get in on the hot Manhattan market. She soon found, however, that she really wanted to take her strong connections in South Korea, and bridge them with the market over here. So, in 2009, she acquired her broker's license and founded S Group Realty. Since then, she's orchestrated many deals with Korean investors and held several sales expos and seminars in Korea. She currently is a New York real estate reporter for a Korean newspaper, and was even interviewed on Korean national television about her New York real estate expertise. Now that she's found her home, again, with the Keller Williams family, she wants to be your broker. She brings to the table a wealth of knowledge on the market, along with an unstoppable drive, and passion to make sure that all your real estate needs are met. Whether you're foreign or local, once you've found your home or investment property with Brandee, you'll find that you not only have a deep feeling of satisfaction, but also a friend in Brandee Song. For Koreans www.sgrealty.co.kr English www.broker4nyc.com
