Charmaine Gulotta is from London, England, and has also lived in the Netherlands, Italy--where she picked up the language--and now New York. She earned her Associates? Degree from the London College of Business, and since then has worked in a wide range of industries and positions. She has worked as a lifestyle manager, vacation consultant, tourism specialist and staging expert, as well as a property manager. Her most recent position in property management gives her a substantial background in the real estate industry. In addition, her other positions have contributed to her knowledge of design, regional understanding of the city, and perception of typical client needs: all helpful skills in assisting a client with the buying or selling of a home.
