About David A Cababe
In addition to his personal endeavors over the last few years, Dave Cababe has had a long family history in real estate. His family has bought, sold, managed, developed and invested in real estate for three generations, dating as far back as the early 20th century when his great grandmother purchased a few city blocks to develop into housing and retail sites.
After graduating with a degree in finance, Dave came straight to New York City to work for one of the top global investment banks. Within a few years, he purchased his first investment property which he is still managing as a rental property currently. Dave?s personal and professional experience includes both the New York and New Jersey real estate markets.
Shortly after the purchase of his first property, he realized that real estate was his true passion and began the path to becoming both a successful professional and a trusted agent. Dave has now been professionally working in real estate with his clients for several years. Investment properties are his specialty, in addition to condo and co-op sales.
Dave understands the word ?investment? takes on a variety of meanings, depending on each person?s needs. An investment property could be a plot of land, a multifamily residence to hold for cash flow, renovation properties to sell high or hold, a complete knockdown to develop for maximized profits, or the perfect property for his clients? families to call home.
When Dave is not researching and pursuing the next deal for his clients, his hobbies include riding road bikes, boating, relaxing with his dogs, and trips with friends and family.
