About Desiree Darden
Desiree Darden has developed broad experience in real estate since 1995. While managing leasing offices for long-established developers/real estate families, she became active in overseeing privately owned condos for investors both local and foreign, as well as the sponsor units. Her responsibilities not only included oversight of all physical aspects of the properties but included procuring residents for both short-term and long-term corporate furnished housing and unfurnished condominium units. For over 8 years she was responsible for portfolio's of over 550 units in a management/rental capacity, housing thousands of tenants. Business relationships were built with many international corporations. Needing to learn more, Desiree then moved onto on-site sales for developers. Via the Sunshine Group (ultimately the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group) Desiree opened and sold new development condominium buildings such as The Avery (Extell), The Riverhouse, and 75 Wall Street. She was quickly promoted within having directly sold over $127M/cumulatively over $350M. Weekly meetings included sales input for generating and implementing new marketing strategies. With twenty years of knowledge and expertise in both sales and leasing, and herself having personally owned locally, nationally and overseas, Desiree intimately understands real estate. She has successfully worked with and for developers, management companies, with real estate agents and with staff, giving her a fulcrum of knowledge and experience from all aspects. She continues to maintain many of the friendships she has built in business over the years. Keller Williams NYC is the company where her expanding expertise is best supported. In addition Desiree has visited many countries and has colloquial ability in 4 languages. Desiree believes in animal rescue and is an animal rights advocate. She takes yoga. She loves the ocean and is a sea kayaker, loves dining out on a variety of cuisines, loves reading, music and dance. Most of all, Desiree loves meeting people.
