Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Director of Agent Services
Elizabeth Waterman brings a broad and unique skill-set to Keller Williams New York City. As a sales and marketing professional for several years, Elizabeth?s knack for recognizing the hidden values of properties ? both commercial and residential ? comes from an expansive background of superb customer service, employing tailor-made marketing strategies and establishing relationships with some of Manhattan?s most reputable developers, investors, brokers and financiers.
Elizabeth attended Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland where she obtained a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. During her studies, she traveled to Italy and studied abroad. While there, she gleaned a keen understanding of design, an appreciation for architecture and how these components play a vital role in buying and selling real estate. From there, she set her sights on bringing her savvy business skills to what she considers the best city in the world: Manhattan.
Prior to joining The Nicole Gary Team at KW NYC, she honed her skills through working for one of the largest and globally recognized fashion specialty stores. She then joined the ranks of one of the largest, privately owned Forbes? list companies with annual revenues of over sixteen million, as a sales and marketing manager. Her reputation for being an extraordinary team leader, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and receiving numerous referrals resulted in her region becoming a top performing division.
Elizabeth?s Motto: Excellent customer service is always my top priority. This means establishing trust and building a relationship based on that trust. Listening to what?s important and why it?s important for my clients are the most important elements of finding them a home or property. Using the latest technology to help them buy or sell and giving them the most current data concerning inventory, real estate laws and how those laws may affect their decisions and bottom line are crucial. There is always a solution to a ?problem? and an answer to a question ? it?s my responsibility to make the process as stress-free as possible.
When Elizabeth has downtime, you?ll find her exploring the city?s neighborhoods with friends through wine and/or food or vacationing at the Jersey Shore.
She lives in nearby New Jersey where she has a great view of Manhattan.
