Since she's been an independent realtor, she has specialized in Commercial and Residential Markets in the areas of Queens, Manhattan and S. Korea. She has successfully marketed Several New Construction Projects in Chelsea, Upper West Side, LIC, Astoria, Woodside and Flushing as a Listing Agent. She also closed commercial and residential properties by working as a Buyers? Agent. She has always enjoyed helping clients from A to Z at all levels of experience and development. Eunjoo (Julie) graduated from Sogang University in Seoul, Korea, (which is one of the top 5 schools in Korea) where she majored in mathematics and media journalism. She has worked in the entertainment, media, film and television worlds and brings a wealth of experience to Real Estate with a special emphasis on marketing, communication, and sales. She has worked as a TV director/producer for Seoul Broadcasting Station and Catch-One, the Movie Channel of Samsung Corp. in Korea. Since her move to NYC, she has received MA/MFA degrees in media production and received awards for her short films and screenplay. Prior to joining the real estate industry, she?s worked as a manager/programmer for a theater and five community centers in NYC, where she has programmed art exhibitions, performances, concerts, and social events. She?s a member of NYWIFT-Women in Film & TV. Her work in Real Estate has been as fulfilling as her media/theater work and she has specialized in NYC in all aspects of real estate development. Her dream is to use her talents as a realtor and media director for brightening the world and helping children in need.
