A graduate of New York Institute of Technology, Howard holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science. He served as CEO of a maintenance company servicing commercial and residential buildings, handling sales, quality control, staffing, and overseeing 75 employees. Howard has enjoyed a long-lasting rapport with all his customers, whether tenants, building owners or property management companies.

In free time, he enjoys golfing, offshore fishing, traveling, skiing and watching hockey. Howard shares his home with two amazing cats, and will always stand for animal rights.
