She draws upon her past her past negotiation skills and artistic experience as a Fashion Designer and Food Stylist, as well as having designed and served as the General Contractor on apartment renovations, to help you see beyond the ?four walls? when searching for a new home. For the home seller, Jill can help you maximize your selling potential by not only finding the ideal buyer, but also by creating the warmth and perfect visual showing for your home.Originally from Georgia, Jill lived in four foreign countries, and two other cities in the United States, but after living in NYC for 26 years, she calls the Upper West Side home. Having bought and sold apartments in NYC, she knows first hand that while it is a very exciting time; it can also be tricky and nerve-wracking. Jill will be your calming advocate to navigate you through the process of buying or selling, board approvals and financing options.Jill started her Fashion Design career working for Anne Klein, Les Copains, Italia and then Emanual Ungaro. As a Food Stylist, she worked in editorial, advertising, television, as well as on various cookbooks. Her work has been showcased on the cover of Food and Wine magazine, Godiva advertising and packaging, and other notable publications. Jill was also a founding partner of The Friendship Stone.com, an Internet based gift site. She earned a BS from The University of Texas at Austin, a BFA from Parsons School of Design and a French Culinary ?Grande Diplome? in Cuisine and Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France. Jill enjoys languages and has maintained fluency in Hebrew and Italian and is conversant in French. She also loves travel, golf, tennis, fitness, cooking/baking and dance.
