Jim has been a resident of New York City for over 20 years, during whichtime he has developed an intimate knowledge of its various neighborhoods.While Jim has lived in the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side, hehas worked on developments in Tribeca and Lower Manhattan. And, as aninvestor, he has, with others, has owned property in Brooklyn.

Jim is a lawyer who is familiar with the structures of cooperatives andcondominiums, having written offering plans for both. Additionally, he wasthe President of his cooperative corporation.

Jim has a strong commitment to his community. He established theBroadway Mall Association, which, working with local block associations,planted the median strips along Broadway from 59th to 110th Street.
