Joel represents individual buyers, sellers and renters as well as multiple property owners and landlords, which helps him stay abreast of current market conditions. He began working in the real estate industry as a loan officer in 2005. Prior to that, Joel honed his sales and service skills in various customer service roles telecommunications to credit analysis.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Joel grew up in Washington Heights and has called New York City home for three decades. He loves living amid the medley of different people and offerings. Aside from enjoying the city scene, Joel is an avid cross fitter, a basketball, football, baseball and mixed martial arts enthusiast, and a volunteer with Part of the Solution (P.O.T.S.) soup kitchen.
