About Kazuko Boylan
Originally from Japan, Kazuko attended college in both Japan and USA, then she started her professional career in Pharmaceutical company in Osaka, Japan. Kazuko moved to Hawaii after marriage, and started her career in real estate business in USA. After working at Japanese large Real Estate company in Honolulu, Hawaii, relocated to main land USA and worked at Coldwell Banker, Edinboro, PA. Living in NY since 2010, She obtained NY and NJ real estate sales license and had been with Japanese real estate agency. She has worked mainly international client for relocation and investment. Kazuko wanted to take next level of her real estate business and expand more, she decided to join Keller Williams in March 2014.Kazuko is fluently bilingual in English and Japanese. Thanks to her international background and language skills, She caters to multicultural clientele. She is a natural in client service and relationship skills. She knows the difficulty of starting life in city, when moving from foreign country. Her language skills and knowledge of Asian culture, outgoing personality enabled her to provide her client with a sense of ease and comfort.She is a member of REBNY, Easter Bergen County Board of Realtor, New Jersey Association of Realtor, National Association of Realtor, and Certified International Property Specialist.
