Lisa is an enthusiastic and dynamic attorney who specializes in high end residential townhomes and condominiums located in Manhattan. Lisa?s honesty and integrity make her a professional you can trust. Her goal is to insure you that whether buying or selling real estate, you have a positive experience. Lisa is less concerned about amassing a huge inventory of listings than about giving each client her full attention and guidance during any phase of the purchase, sale, lease or transfer of real properties. She brings to the table a myriad of real estate experiences that enables her to intuitively guide her clients. As an attorney, Lisa, as Vice President of the Slattery Companies, aided in the development of over 30 properties during a 25 year period, aggregating over a quarter of a billion dollars in value. Through those real estate ventures, she learned how to project potential profits which has given her a very studied vision for value. Owning, developing and donating to three Designer Symphony Showhouses enabled her to work side by side with teams of Interior Designers (33 ASID's on one project alone) to create state of the art living environments. Through her personal experience, she has learned to understand the value of asset improvements and how and when they contribute to the bottom line. Lisa feels that buyers should be directed to buildings and neighborhoods where they will feel at home.

Lisa is very proud to be a part of the team developing the $250,000,000, one of a kind in North America Phoenix Mart in Arizona, financed with up to $150,000,000 of investment coming in from Chinese Investors through the USCIS EB-5 Program. Lisa has an indepth knowledge of the EB-5 Program and she has significant contacts in real estate and investment circles in several non US Markets including China and Brazil.

Despite her busy real estate career, Lisa makes time to be involved with community and professional organizations. She is a member of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Catholic Charities. She has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity. Lisa grew up in Omaha, Nebraska. She has a degree from Creighton University School of Law and a BA from The University of Nebraska where she majored in English and Medieval and Renaissance Studies.

Lisa lives on the Upper East Side with her husband, Dave, also an Attorney. Currently all four of her adult children and live and work in Manhattan. She breeds King Charles Spaniels as a hobby.
