Lyudmila Ktsoyeva immigrated to the United States from the former Soviet Union with her husband and daughter in search of the ?American Dream?. She quickly assimilated to the new way of life, learning English and continuing her career in the medical field. ?Ever since I was a little girl I wanted to help people. Make a difference in their lives, and I always believe that good health is wealth,? Lyudmila says. Like any career change, her transition into real estate from the medical field was challenging, but again Lyudmila quickly adapted. Straight out of New York?s Real Estate Institute, Lyudmila was recruited and hired as an agent at Keller Williams, the second largest real estate company in the United States. Her love for people makes her a great real estate salesperson because she has a special ability to put herself in other people?s shoes. And in a city full of ?real estate sharks?, Lyudmila?s accommodating and caring approach is truly her own. ?It is always a pleasure to help a someone find their home. Again I feel like I am helping them and I am a part of their life during a time of transition. That?s special,? she says, ?In this business deals close everyday but I think it takes a special salesperson to establish a good and trusting relationship with their clients. Communication is key.? And that is exactly what Lyudmila is great at. She is fluent in English, Russian, Farsi, and Ossetian, her native tongue. She?s a quick learner having learned Farsi in less than six months after marrying her husband. Lyudmila holds a Ph.d in Pharmacy and another degree in diagnostic cardiovascular ultrasound. She lives in New York with her husband and daughter.
