Her diverse roles have included onsite sales and resales of co-ops and condos, managing relocation of Fortune 500 personnel for an international executive search firm, overseeing daily operations of a 25,000-SF executive suite leasing facility in Midtown, project managing the renovation of an eastside hotel, and acting as onsite tenant coordinator of a 50,000-SF retail antique center and office tower.
A New York City resident for over 35 years, Marcia enjoyed a career as a results-driven real estate professional in Jackson Heights, Queens before joining Keller Williams in Manhattan. Having lived on the Upper East and Upper West Sides, and now residing across from Central Park at Columbus Circle, gives her personal insight on the lifestyle of our great city. A homegrown New Yorker, Marcia was born in Flushing and raised in Bayside and Great Neck, NY. She holds a B.A. in Developmental Psychology from New Paltz University, and attended the MA/PhD Program in Clinical Psychology at The New School for Social Research. As a seasoned Manhattanite, Marcia continues to enjoy the culture of NYC, from Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center to Broadway theatre and incredible museums. Having been a homeowner in East Hampton, NY, she is well-versed in New York?s unique real estate market on the East End as well.
