About Mary Blythe Muller
Born and raised on the central boarder of Manhattan?s historic and trendy Greenwich Village and SoHo, Blythe is a native New Yorker whose knowledge and love for ?The City? is limitless. Growing up in the city, Blythe attended some of the most prestigious public schools in the Village, TriBeCa and the Upper East Side before attending NYU. At NYU, Blythe mastered game theory, the psychology of decision-making, and philosophy (specifically related to morals and ethics.) All of which aid in her real estate expertise and transactions. Beginning at the age of 16, Blythe started working in high-end, top rated, fine-dining restaurants where she discovered her passion for the customer service industry. During college, Blythe continued her involvement in the restaurant industry, which inspired her to earn her Certificate in Restaurant Operation from NYU in addition to her Bachelor?s Degree in Politics and Animal Studies. This exemplifies her work ethic, dedication, and perfectionism in whatever she is involved in.Blythe first got involved in Real Estate in 2008, during the market crash, when she saw a great investment opportunity in purchasing. She then went on an endless pursuit to invest in real estate, sans broker, during which she encountered and learned about nearly every detail of buying and selling real estate in NYC. She also learned about rentals first hand having rented herself for many years. Blythe now resides- not far from her childhood apartment- on the boarder of SoHo and Greenwich Village, with her boyfriend and her cat. Her other interests include the arts, particularly music, bowling, and animals, in addition to her love of exploring all parts of the city. She also is involved in many non-profit organizations, especially those related to animals and supports selected groups and organizations that advocate for animals and/or the environment.
