About Michael R. Malafronte
Michael Malafronte's winning personality and deep desire to help people has been at the forefront of his success. As a former computer programmer of many years, it was often said that he was at the wrong end of the business, because although he is extremely detail oriented and meticulous in his work, Michael is also incredibly interpersonal and hands-on in his approach. This unique combination of persona and professionalism make him a pleasure to work with one on one as your agent.
Michael's experience has taught him that being flexible, creative and available are the keys to resolving even the most complex demands. In the quest for your next home, you'll find him an attentive listener and adept researcher who will exhaust all possibilities through evaluation of what's out there on the market, to ensure the best match for your unique needs.
Knowing that time is of the essence in NYC real estate, Michael devotes his full time and dedication to every client's important business. As a native of Brooklyn who has resided downtown all his life and is raising his children here, he brings personal, insider knowledge to your home purchase or sale. He worked in Manhattan for over 30 years at Bankers Trust and for ASCAP Music Licensing in IT, and holds a Computer Science degree from Baruch College.
In his free time, Michael enjoys exploring his neighborhood with his daughters and wife of 28 years. He is actively involved in his children's volleyball and softball leagues, and is an avid Giants football fan. Michael also loves to cook and travel, and is currently learning to play the bass.
