Working with premier law firms and financial services companies, Monica developed a keen eye to match positions with individuals; a skill which is easily transferred to matching buyers, renters and sellers.

Monica is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and earned her BA from Kean College in New Jersey After college, Monica worked in advertising in Chicago; and for the international public relations firm, Hill and Knowlton both in Chicago and New York. After working for several search firms, she opened her own boutique recruiting firm specializing in marketing and human resources.
