About Nicolas Querrard

Nicolas hails from the picturesque island of St. Barth in the French West Indies, but left at the age of eleven to attend boarding school in Europe. Nicolas attended the International School of Geneva and The Institute Montana in Zurich, immersing himself in international studies as well as the English curriculum of the International Baccalaureate program and the American Diploma. En route to accept a scholarship at the world-renowned Wittenberg University in Ohio, Nicolas made a serendipitous stop-over in Manhattan and fell in love with what he describes as the ?center of the world, attracting the best and brightest, the doers and thinkers of the globe.? Prior to joining Keller Williams New York City, Nicolas simultaneously pursued his Masters in marketing and became one of St. Barth?s most premier real estate professionals and owner, developer and manager of multiple, large luxury real estate properties. His choice to bring his expertise to Keller Williams New York City was three-fold: To work with Manhattan?s most diverse and team-driven pool of experts that matched his own intrinsic value system, to continually educate himself about the ever-changing world of real estate, and to provide his clients with the marketing power of a global brand. Nicolas has lived in some of the most fascinating cities across the globe, including London, Paris, Zurich, Madrid, Milan, Plovdiv, Rome, Venice and Athens. His international portfolio of clients, referrals and contacts enable him to not only understand the complexities of global market and economic trends but to advise his clients with absolute surety when making commercial and residential investments, here and abroad. Nicolas? colleagues and clients not only value his mastery of negotiating and tireless dedication to continually honing his expertise, but for his unstoppable energy, drive and determination. When Nicolas isn?t working, he enjoys running, skiing, and playing tennis.
