PRICE:

Client FIRST ? The higher the price, the higher the commission. That?s all good if I represent the seller. But when I represent the buyer, I?ll get the lowest price even it effects my commission.
TRUE Representation ? Can you imagine hiring an attorney that represents both the plaintiff and defendant? That?s what many real estate brokers do. I will NEVER take 2 sides of the transaction. I?ll either working for the Seller or the Buyer.
Community ? Money is important but how I use it is even more important. I donate 10% of my commission to charity ? 5% to the charity of your choice, 5% to my choice.
