About Paula Lambert
Paula Lambert is a person-centered, service-oriented sales professional who has worked with many different groups for the past 20 years. She thoroughly enjoys partnering with each client, listening to identify their needs, which is the best starting point for moving forward. Paula connects easily with others, putting them at ease and creating confidence in her ability to secure the most suitable residence. She is naturally caring and personally adept due to her extensive background in healthcare and social welfare.
Paula entered real estate in 2006, focusing on Manhattan-centric rentals at CitySites Real Estate Group. In her first year, she launched ?The Five-Star Housing Advantage Program? with a NYC voluntary hospital group. Shortly thereafter, she developed a joint program with Wells Fargo, the nation?s #1 home mortgage lender and the New York metropolitan area?s leading real estate and relocation experts. The Five-Star Program was designed to help hospital staff and their families find housing and mortgages.
Continuing to handle rentals and sales in the general community in Manhattan, Paula has closed a substantial number of luxury rental and million-dollar-plus sales transactions. She receives many compliments on her effectiveness and accessibility. Her personal advice and professional insight regarding home choices allows her clients to make informed decisions on rentals, sales, investments and mortgage opportunities available to them.
In 2010, Paula took on a major onsite leasing role at a white-glove, full-service residential building with 440 apartments in two towers where she became the lead leasing agent. She achieved an excellent record for closing a high percentage of rentals, serving many individuals as well as members of the international business and diplomatic communities. During this time, she maintained her salesperson status at CitySites until the firm was folded into Keller Williams NYC in 2014.
Prior to real estate, Paula spent over 20 years as a well-known health and mental health program planning and development expert. She is also a State of New York-Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and holds a Doctorate degree in Social Welfare.
Paula has lived in NY her entire life and raised her family in the city. She has extensive product knowledge, has owned a co-op as well as vacation properties. ?I love everything about New York, especially how spontaneous daily life can be given all the choices at one?s disposal!?
After hours, Paula is interested in art, design and architecture. She is a devotee of film, good and bad, with an extensive video library. Paula has been highly involved and influential in the community, serving on at least a dozen community boards and councils.
