About Richard Tayar
Before Richard founded Columbus International at Keller Williams NYC, he volunteered for five years on the production of an important collection catalogue at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. While working at the Met, he decided to complement his academic path with a more entrepreneurial activity; forming the Columbus International Team. A dynamic and sociable personality, with a keen aesthetic, Richard has now been specializing in the sale of properties in Manhattan, Miami and Italy for over a decade. Richard has since become recognized as a specialist in relocation from overseas and a point of reference for people interested in the state of the real estate market.

A very detail-oriented and meticulous person, he ensures his clients properties are marketed at the highest standard. Richard was born and raised in Florence, Italy. After completing his school years, he moved to the US, graduating from Swarthmore College in 2003. He pursued his passion for Medieval Studies with a master?s degree at the University of Toronto. Following up on his artistic interests, he further obtained a master?s in Museum Studies from New York University.
