About Rotem Lindenberg
Rotem Lindenberg immigrated to New York from Sede Galilee, Israel, which began her admiration and affinity for New York City. During her time in Israel, she served two years in the military where she became a senior instructor to new soldiers. Following the military, Rotem graduated from the esteemed Tel Aviv Institute of Business, with a dual major in business and marketing. When arriving to New York City, Rotem began working with a production company as a manager, with responsibilities ranging from relationship management, vendor management and market analysis. She developed client relationships and enchanted the company?s market brand. She approaches each client with honesty, commitment, loyalty and integrity. Rotem is known for addressing complex transactions as a trusted advisor to her clients. In 2006, Rotem started a real estate company, which focused on TriBeCa, Soho, the West Village, Gramercy Park and the Flatiron district. She has developed close relationships with developers, building staff and local businesses. Additionally, she has created a vast network of investors and residents in New York City. In the past, Rotem has worked on new development projects in Manhattan including a 230-unit ground-up rental building on the Lower East Side. She worked closely with the developer to quickly lease 100% of the building in less than 4 months.Today, Rotem is partnered with Keller Williams NYC, led by one of New York?s most accomplished brokers. Rotem has lived in several neighborhoods within Manhattan. She is experienced to assist with all types of transactions (purchase, sales, and lease) for both types of real estate (residential and commercial) and she is part of the GPS (global property specialist) community.
