Scott brings his talent and experience to Keller Williams NYC from the Bayside Queens office where he has spent the last several years concentrating on Residential and Commercial sales and leasing. Previously, Scott spent 3 years at Greiner Maltz real estate, under the guidance of owner John Maltz. Scott?s knowledge and experience in real estate sales ranges from apartment rentals to complex commercial development projects. Coming from over 15 years of sales experience, Scott Nussbaum prides himself on his customer service. Dedication to his clients, with an attention to detail has attributed to his success. Scott is a native New Yorker and is familiar with most neighborhoods in the metropolitan area. He works hard to find the best properties to suit his client?s needs.In addition to an expertise in real estate, Scott has an enriched background that has lead him to successful jobs in government, political campaigns, and music production and engineering. While studying music at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Scott was employed at the famed Hit Factory Recording studios where he worked closely with artists such as Luther Vandross and Jennifer Lopez. Scott also has produced and written songs for independent Hip-Hop artists. As a senior campaign staff member Scott was proud to be part of the successful 2009 third term re-election campaign for NYC mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. Most recently he helped make history as the operations manager for Assemblywoman Grace Meng who was elected November 2012, to be the first Asian American women to serve in the House of Representatives.
