Shawndell Finney was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. Throughout his career, he has established a strong foundation in Customer Service and Business Development. Additionally, Shawndell also worked for Greyhound Lines, Inc where he was able to learn how to build long lasting relationships with new and repeating customers, as well as experience different dynamics of culture in his travels across the United States and Canada.

Shawndell attended Borough of Manhattan Community College where he learned valuable life skills including the importance of being detail oriented. During his adolescent years, he was in Junior Reserves Officer Training Corps which fostered an environment where he was taught what it means to be a leader and how to guide and set yourself up for success. Integrity, Communication, and the significance of teamwork go a long way, and it is easily seen in the budding partnerships that he continues to build each day with his clients. With an engaging personality and a solution-oriented mindset, Shawndell can seamlessly assist client needs from the first day you meet all the way to the closing table. He specializes in properties within the Upper Westside, Midtown West and East Village.

Shawndell?s ultimate goal is to make the real estate process fun and have his clients win in the end. More importantly, he takes pride in not only listening to the desires of his clients but also in coming together to find the best suitable options available.
