What are recent neighborhood trends? How you should handle multiple bid situations. #2 ? The emotion of the buyer or seller. It?s a highly emotional time for all parties involved in the transaction. I hold people?s hands through the entire process until the deal is complete ? and then keep in touch with them to see how they?re doing. #3 ? Business and finances ?
