Before entering real estate, Shu-Fen has worked as a syndication loan manager and a risk management professional for top Wall Street Financial Institutions for over 10 years. She is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Risk Financial Manager (FRM). She excels in real estate investing as well as various kinds of financial instruments and investment strategies.
