About Stephanie Chon
Born and raised in New York, Stephanie has always found her way back home. She graduated from Lehigh University in PA with a Bachelor's in Business Marketing and returned to NYC to begin her career with a local hospitality development group which designs, builds, owns and operates projects around the country. In 2014, she was awarded Congresswoman Grace Meng?s ?Women in Business? Award.
Stephanie started in hospitality management position, then quickly transitioned into new project management. It was during her relocation to Dallas, Texas to oversee the development of a resort, that she fell in love with the exciting world of development and design. She was heavily involved from its early stages, working with the Company's architecture and construction departments. Seeing blueprints come to fruition and having the opportunity to head interior decorating, Stephanie was hooked on making visions come to life.
From there, she assisted the Company in scouting potential sites for expansions nationwide, dealing with many brokers, developers, and city officials along the way. She spearheaded the opening of a few more hotels, spas, and wellness facilities before moving to Honolulu, Hawaii. There, she began her online certification in Interior Design at the New York School of Interior Design, while subsequently becoming addicted to NYC real estate. She would scour the internet for hours for fun and would visit Open Houses whenever she would come back home, which was at least once a month.
It was an obvious transition for her to enter residential real estate, as it combines her passion for helping make her client?s dreams a reality, with her technical expertise in real estate and development. Her network of developers, investors, contractors and designers, paired with her understanding of permits, zoning, and variances provides her clients with access to more resources. Highly personable and energetic, Stephanie's goal is to provide amazing customer service to her clients, while making the process of buying, selling, renting, and investing in NYC real estate as enjoyable for them as it is for her.
When she is not working, you can find her traveling the world, experiencing different cultures and cuisines.
